Shipping Policies and Lost Packages
***Processing times for all orders is 3-7 business days***
* Shipping is usually 3-5 days (Please keep in mind that the Pandemic has caused delays on this time depending on the area you live in)
* Priority Mail is usually 2-3 days once items are made and shipped
* Priority shipping does not put you in front of other customer orders, it just speeds up your delivery once made and shipped.
* USPS does not guarantee a delivery date.
* Once shipped your delivery is out of my control.
*Shipping does NOT include Insurance but can be added at checkout
Perfectly Imperfect Designz is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit or any other such issues. You must file a lost package claim with your local post office. I am unable to help on my end.
